Hi! My name is Robert and I started this business in 2015 with my daughter, Angel. Our goal was to bring Louisiana-style shaved ice treats to the Midwest area. Over the years we’ve attended many community day celebrations and county fairs in the states of Iowa and Wisconsin. We have a wonderful time visiting with our return customers as well as enjoying meeting new people and watching their reactions when they try their first Sno-Ball. It has become quite the family adventure and it is not uncommon to have 3 generations working the truck as the grandkids enjoy helping out also. We have recently moved to the Central Florida area and look forward to continuing our Sno-Ball tradition. We look forward to meeting
